About four hours from Panama City, Nuario is a small mountain town located just twenty-five minutes south of Las Tablas, twenty minutes from Tonosí, twenty minutes from Cañas Island, fourty minutes from Venao Beach and one hour from Pedasi on the Azuero Peninsula.  From one of the best newly paved roads in Panama, the drive is only four hundred meters of improved gravel road to the entrance to Nuario.  Flights with Air Panama from the city to Chitre are available on a regular basis from which your drive would only be about an hour.
At an elevation of approximately six hundreds meters, the climate is cooler than at sea level making air conditioning unnecessary at night and most days.  If gardening is your thing, it doesn’t get any better than this.  Everything grows here!
The properties
Views!  Each and every lot has beautiful views that extend to the Pacific Ocean!  These properties have been designed so that your neighbor can’t block your views.  All of the lots are served with water and power.  Lots vary in size from around one third of an acre to about three acres.   Most have flat areas on which to build, or a home can be easily designed to fit the terrain.
